FFGR Austria's private chef service connects you with chefs trained in Austria's finest establishments — Steirereck, Amador, Ikarus at Hangar-7 in Salzburg — available on an exclusive basis for your stay, event or ongoing engagement.

Each chef is briefed on your dietary requirements, preferences and any allergies before arrival. Market sourcing, menu engineering and wine pairing — from Wachau Rieslings to Burgenland reds — are all handled. For chalet chefs, we coordinate logistics so the kitchen is stocked and the chef is in residence before you arrive.

For private events in Austria — cocktail receptions in a Ringstrasse palais, winter dinners in a Kitzbühel chalet, intimate evenings on the Wörthersee — we manage the full catering coordination: chef, sommelier, service team and equipment, all presented at the standard of a three-star kitchen.
